Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Financial Transformation, this role supports the realization of CKH’s performance strategy by providing program leadership during a multi-year journey to optimize CKH’s Finance function. The end goal is the implementation of an operating model that drives optimization of the Finance function across the enterprise. The business results of a new operating model enhances enterprise value, positions CKH for effective and efficient growth, and delivers bottom line year-over-year cost savings. This is an opportunity to impact the governance, direction and agenda of Project Maximization’s steering committee and stakeholders to effectively address strategic choices, conflicts and priorities.

  • Setting and executing a clear and impactful informational vision and strategy.
  • Driving alignment and active sponsorship with key CKH stakeholders.
  • Managing, and holding accountable, a diverse team to aggressive timelines.
  • Ensuring the implementation of project scope, budget, schedule and quality by facing and addressing change resistance with personal and leadership resilience.
  • Accountability for realizing value from implementing both quick wins and mid/longer term initiatives.
  • Leading and managing detailed, well formulated transformative project work.
  • Ad-hoc projects within the business


  • Strong financial accounting background
  • Ability to think independently
  • 3+ years experience
  • Ability to work well independently amp; in a team
  • Business Administration/Accounting Degree
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (client-facing role)
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP background essential
  • Strong technical background
  • Ability to prepare Financial Statements and work with Auditors
