Senior Tax Advisor

We seek an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our team and contribute to our Indirect Tax department. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Indirect Tax team, leading in US sales tax engagements and providing valuable support in new client onboarding processes, special projects, and consulting services related to EU waste reporting obligations. The Senior Tax Advisor will be responsible for research, analysis, and documentation of legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting for our clients.

We will trust you to:

• Collaborate with the Indirect Tax team on various aspects of US sales tax engagements.
• Participate in new client onboarding process, including:

1. Completing new sales tax registrations.
2. Assisting with sales tax software implementations.
3. Creating sales tax working files; and
4. Performing parallel testing and preparing initial returns.

1. Research and advise on new developments with existing schemes; and
2. Research, advise, and provide implementation support for completely new schemes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in indirect tax, with a focus on US sales tax and EU waste reporting.
• Strong understanding of sales tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
