Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GL manager to oversee staff, streamline accounting processes, identify and implement initiatives and policies for improved operational performance. If you're seeking an engaging and challenging career opportunity, this is the role for you.

We will trust you to:

  • Process accounting entries, account reconciliations, expense analysis and key accounting reports.
  • Manage direct reports by providing clear goals and tasks as well as timely and constructive performance feedback.
  • Administer, analyze, and communicate results of balance sheet reviews.
  • Perform accounting policy reviews of entities and assess deviations from US GAAP and company policies.
  • Harmonize accounting practices with acquisitions and other accounting teams.
  • Support the quarterly reviews and the annual audit processes (internal and external).
  • Support the corporate consolidation (BFC uploads), and other financial presentations as needed.
  • Manage related SOX controls and processes including control narrative and design maintenance, execution, and proper documentation.
  • Conduct efficient team meetings and cross-functional meetings.
  • Support accounting integration of acquisitions as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills).
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team.
  • Cross-functional experience in various departments within CKH.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach.
  • Problem solving skills.
