Job Description

Pipeline Gurus, a leader in providing strategic sales and marketing solutions, is hiring for one of its esteemed partners in Russia. This partner specializes in offering top-tier ERP solutions, helping businesses optimize their processes and drive growth.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR), fluent in Russian amp; English, to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and leads for our partner's ERP solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner's presence in the Russian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify business leads for ERP solutions using various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed research to understand the Russian market's dynamics, identifying potential clients and industry trends.
  • Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, explain the benefits and features of our ERP solutions, and gauge their interest.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, providing detailed insights about client needs and preferences.
  • Remote Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and potential clients in a remote work setting.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Russian and English is essential


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably with ERP or technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in Russian amp; English
