Credit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in regional credit management, with a focus on overseeing affiliates in Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing credit portfolios, assessing credit risk, and implementing effective credit strategies to ensure the financial health of the organization.

We trust you to:

Credit Risk Assessment:

1. Implement and enforce existing credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with extending credit.
2. Set appropriate credit limits for customers based on financial health, payment history, and market conditions.
3. Collaborate with the Collection team, Sales, and Customer Service teams to determine credit limits and resolve credit-related issues.

Portfolio Management:

1. Monitor and manage the credit portfolio for the region, ensuring compliance with established credit policies.
2. Regularly review and update credit limits for existing customers based on their financial performance.

Credit Reporting and Analysis:

1. Generate and analyze credit reports to identify trends, assess risk, and make informed credit decisions.
2. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the credit performance within the region.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in regional credit management, preferably overseeing affiliates in Europe.
2. Proven track record in managing credit portfolios, assessing credit risk, and implementing effective credit strategies.
3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in ERP/SAP-FI-Credit Management area as a key user.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
