Job Requirements

• Manage clients’ accounts to have a big impact on scaling their business and increasing advertising budgets
• Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
• Provide regular proactive communication between clients and sales teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
• Onboard new strategic business clients from the introduction of features to assist with campaign creation and optimization

Candidate Requirements

• Expertise with online advertising, media planning, analytics, and social media with Facebook and Google advertising
• Proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
• Able to think outside the box and maintain a flexible approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages both written and oral
